MY PROCESS

After reviewing my process and pricing info, pick out a design package and fill out the form below.

SEND
I’ll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking, and to schedule the date to begin.
Next, I will request any additional info about your commission needed to help me understand your needs better.
I will send you an invoice for the deposit payment. 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of the booking or you may risk losing your booking spot. Balance payment will be due before the final files are sent over to you.
DESIGN
STEP 1 - Initial Sketch
Within the first 3 days, I'll create the initial sketch/s based on the agreed-upon concept. I'll send it to you to go through the necessary revisions. Once you approve of the sketch, we move on
STEP 2 - Illustration
I paint over the initial sketch until it's a fleshed out illustration.
Then its feedback time, but be thorough in your requests, as the limit is 3 revisions. Any extra will be charged at an hourly rate.
FINALISE
Once you’re satisfied with the draft, I will do my thing and bring your commission to life with all the shiny details!
I'll show you the final illustration and if you notice any minor issues I'll fix it but no major changes can be made at this stage without incurring an extra charge, as the revision stage is over.
Once approved and balance payment has been made, I send all the necessary high-resolution, non-watermarked files.

TO NOTE
I usually use Paypal to produce my invoices (you do not need a Paypal account in order to make payment). In order to do this I need to enter your name and email address into Paypal's system.
Paypal's use of your personal information will be subject to Paypal's privacy policy.
For customers in the UK and Europe, please be aware that your personal information may be transferred outside of Europe by Paypal. As such, I need your permission before I enter your information into Paypal.
