I’ll contact you within a few days to confirm your booking, and to schedule the date to begin.
I will ask you questions about the book which will help me understand your book and cover needs better.

I will also send you the Contract to sign and an invoice for the deposit payment. 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of the booking or you may risk losing your booking spot. Balance payment will be due before the final cover files are sent over to you.
DESIGN
STEP 1 - Initial Sketch
I'll create the initial sketch/s based on the agreed-upon concept. I'll send it to you to go through the necessary revisions. Once you approve of the sketch, we move on

STEP 2 - Illustration
I paint over the initial sketch until it's a fleshed out illustration. I also add the text and usually give multiple fonts to choose from.
Then its feedback time, but be thorough in your requests, as custom covers are limited to 3 revisions. Any extra will be charged at an hourly rate.
FINALISE
Once you’re satisfied with the draft, I will do my thing and bring your cover to life with all the shiny details!
I'll show you the final cover and if you notice any minor issues I'll fix it but no major changes can be made at this stage without incurring an extra charge, as the revision stage is over.

​Once approved and balance payment has been made, I send all the necessary high-resolution, non-watermarked files.
